Anima Reflective Groups for Women

Anima is a calm, dedicated, confidential group-space to reflect deeply about your work-life.

This dedicated and regular small group space will give you clearer perception, build head- heart-gut alignment, and provide support for your challenges and ambitions – leading to greater clarity on your next step.

You will benefit from encouragement from a group of accomplished women who’ve ‘got your back’, plus expert input from Liz and her colleague, Hetty Einzig.

We welcome women who are coaches, leaders, self-employed, running small businesses or working in large organisations – whether or not you see yourself as a ‘leader’ in the formal sense.

The 2027 Anima Co-Vision group will run monthly on Thursdays at 2 – 4.45 pm (UK time) for 8 sessions spread over 9 months.
