Conflict coaching: If a manager wants to deal with a sensitive staff situation themselves but feels uncertain about it, they will often benefit hugely from advice on how to handle the situation in the best possible way, so that their team works better and valuable talent is retained.  Nine times out of ten you will be able to do this, but sometimes external mentoring will be more appropriate.
